Our Classes consist of training in all ranges of combat, from weapons, through stand-up striking and trapping, to grappling and groundwork. We start classes with a light callisthenic workout and active stretching series to warm-up. Our warm-up is usually followed by kickboxing drills with a partner where we work with focus pads and kicking shields. The rest of the class may involve empty hand training of self-defence skills, light sparring, or training with weapons.
