The Toronto Central Soccer Club (TCSC) was created in 1974
in the central region of Toronto in order to promote and
develop the game of soccer. The club was developed to
ensure that women, youth and children were given the
opportunity to develop their character and confidence in order to become more responsible and resourceful members of their community. The club tries to provide an opportunity through the game of soccer to enhance an individual's physical and mental state, as well as developing leadership skills.
