| I believe that all individuals have the ability to be creative. Setting achievable goals for each student allows them to frequently experience success. Over the years I have found success to be the ultimate motivator.
Attention to the student's Individuality. I encourage all of my students to bring their favourite recordings to the lessons so that we can work on the drum parts. This also gives me insight into other lesson material that is appropriate for the individual. As a teacher I encourage musical individuality while delivering lessons that are designed to increase knowledge and ability. |
