| Epi Breads. Our goal and commitment is to provide you with more all natural products for a healthier lifestyle. Using quality ingredients and natural starters, we leaven, shape and bake our breads in a slow artisan process.
We add no shortening, eggs or dairy products, and no fats or oils, except as naturally occur in the olive. As a complement to our Artisan breads, we carry a full line of naturally made soups, salads, vinaigrettes, dips, pestos and prepared entrees. Our naturally prepared soups include Chicken Vegetable, Wild Mushroom with Thyme, Lentil, and Cream of Leek and Potato. Epi’s dressings, vinaigrettes, pestos, and dips come in an array of flavours and colours from the traditional Caesar and Greek Vinaigrettes to Strawberry, Champagne & Cracked Black Pepper Dressing and Raspberry and Balsamic Dressing. From our entrée section we have our all natural, non preservative prepared foods such as Shepherds Pie, Quiche, Chicken Pot Pie, Cabbage Rolls,Chicken Parmesan.
