| Duties include: Preliminary Design, Zoning Amendments, Planning Approvals, Design Development, Consultant Co-ordination, Construction Documents and Specifications, Tendering, Construction Administration including Shop Drawing and Field Review during construction. Investigative Reporting, Design Remedies and rehabilitation of existing (and occupied) buildings.
